About National Family Farmer’s Association: 1st Annual Anthology
The National Family Farm Coalition (NFFC) selected art that celebrated their coalition and family-scale farmers for their first-ever anthology, a compilation of creative work from across our movement. This collective publication is meant to help the story of family farmers’ decades-long fight for a fair food and farm system that supports their important work and ability to feed us.
Submissions were centered around one or more of the following themes:
• Food sovereignty
• Agroecology
• Justice and equity
• Economic empowerment of farmers, workers and eaters
• Combating corporate control in our food system
• Our coalition and members - who we are and our vision for the future
• Historical successes of the family farm movement
• Global solidarity - linkages between the family farm movement here and abroad
What was selected?
Below is Innocent Lamb, from photos taken of my Mom’s herd in Washington State. The lamb’s name is Lamborghini.
