  • Yes, we offer delivery for $5.00 for select zipcodes in Massachusetts. You will be asked at checkout to enter a zipcode and that will check to see if you qualify.

  • We use USPS for our shipping because it gives us a small amount of insurance on the value of each item in case it breaks in transit. All items are wrapped and packaged as best we can, but sometimes things will go wrong.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Please email tailoredshotphoto@gmail.com with a picture of the broken item and we can discuss either a refund or a new item.

    Because some items are handmade and one of a kind or could take 4-6 weeks to create a new item we may not be able to offer a replacement for every scenario.
