Lotvin Family Gallery: Depth of Field Juried Photography Exhibition
EXHIBIT DATES: March 16 - April 8, 2026 at the Lotvin Family Gallery in Hopkinton, Massachusetts
This exhibit aims to honor the art of photography in all its forms, embracing the wide range of approaches and styles that photographers bring to the medium. By showcasing this diversity, we celebrate the creative spirit and the unique perspectives that make photography such a powerful art form.
The guest judge will be Rebecca Skinner. She will be picking first, second and third place winners and three honorable mentions that will be announced at the reception on Friday March 20th 6-7PM.
I chose to submit 2 pieces from my Fluidity Series looking at the ebb and flow of ice. I chose “The Surface We Break” and “Nature’s Frozen Glass” because the depth of field is so strikingly different but they depict the same thing: the transition of water from frozen to liquid states.
